When do I get a refund?

If you re-enroll, use these resources, and still don't pass your second attempt, you don't pay. Direct purchases get a full refund on a Ready-Made Clinical Kit bought from MedTech; school-supplied kits receive a check or Visa gift card for the amount your school paid for your custom kit.

How do I get my resources?

Purchase a kit on our website and you'll get an email with instructions. Receive a kit from your school and a card with instructions is included. For any questions, contact Customer Support.

How much does this program cost?

Nothing! When you receive a Clinical Kit from MedTech, you automatically receive all of these benefits.

If I was gifted a kit, do I still get the Promise?

Yes. The Promise applies to one person per kit — once a kit is gifted, the Promise carries over to the recipient. Need help accessing your resources? Contact our Support team.
