LJ started MedTech not in a boardroom, but at a kitchen table... with a newborn in one arm and a second child on the way. By the age of 25, LJ and his wife were raising five kids while building one of the fastest-growing supply companies in EMS education.

After becoming an EMT, LJ saw firsthand how unprepared many students felt entering clinicals, largely because no one made it easy to get the gear they needed. So he created the solution himself: a pre-assembled, customizable kit tailored to each school’s program. What began with seven items and a few cold calls has grown into a company trusted by over 300 EMS programs nationwide.

Customer Success Director

John is a highly experienced paramedic with nearly a decade of experience in emergency medical services, specializing in critical care across difficult settings such as rural areas.

Alongside his fieldwork, he has contributed to the community as an EMS program director. As an educator, he enjoyed sharing his knowledge and passion with aspiring EMTs and paramedics. He was well known for his ability to simplify complex concepts.

John brings his passion for EMS education to MedTech, providing invaluable insights into the day-today life of MedTech's customers - allowing MedTech to adapt its strategies to best suite the needs of EMS schools. John oversees all wholesale accounts, building meaningful relationships with clients and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Operations Coordinator

Bethany is the backbone of our stellar customer support! She manages backend operations and communications, ensuring that all teams are collaborating to meet clients needs and deadlines. Bethany goes above and beyond for every one of our customers, ensuring all support is given timely and efficiently.

Accounting Director

With an eye for detail, Danielle oversees the financials of MedTech. She works closely with customers to ensure compliance with all institution and state policies. She works hard to ensure that MedTech is operating in a way that best serves students. Beyond serving our customers, she loves being outdoors. A Florida native, the beach is her home away from home.

Warehouse Director

Matt keeps MedTech running smoothly behind the scenes! With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, Matt oversees inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. He spends everyday ensuring every kit is packed with care, arrives on time, and in perfect condition.

His hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable part of the team, supporting both our clients and our mission to equip EMS students with the tools they need to succeed.
