Unsere Mission ist einfach: Helfen Sie der nächsten Generation von Ersthelfern, „bereit zu sein, Leben zu retten“. Wir wurden von Ersthelfern für Ersthelfer gegründet und haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, die EMS-Ausbildung zu verändern.

Meet the Man Behind the Mission

LJ started MedTech before he was married, driven by a clear problem and a relentless need to solve it. As a newly certified EMT, he saw how disorganized and stressful it was for students to get their clinical supplies. No central source. No guidance. Just confusion at the worst possible time.

So he built the solution himself.

What began with seven core items, packed by hand, has grown into a trusted supplier for EMS programs across the country. But LJ didn’t grow MedTech from a position of comfort, he built it while building a family. By the age of 25, he and his wife were raising five kids and running one of the fastest-growing clinical kit companies in EMS education.

That reality shaped everything.

When your family depends on you, there’s no time for fluff, ego, or half-efforts. Every decision, from what goes in a kit to how a school gets treated, comes from that place of urgency and responsibility.

LJ believes in making things that actually work, for people who actually need them. No shortcuts. No copy-paste catalogs. Just better solutions for students who are training to save lives.

Started in School

Our journey began with the recognition of a significant gap in EMS education. When we went through our training, we were given a list of supplies to obtain, but no single source solution for obtaining all the necessary equipment. This frustration sparked the idea of an all-in-one kit, and thus MedTech was born.

Swift Shift

Unsere Reise begann mit der Erkenntnis einer erheblichen Lücke in der EMS-Ausbildung. Als wir unsere Schulung durchliefen, erhielten wir eine Liste der zu beschaffenden Materialien, es gab jedoch keine einheitliche Lösung für die Beschaffung der gesamten notwendigen Ausrüstung. Aus dieser Frustration entstand die Idee eines All-in-One-Kits und MedTech war geboren.

Anfangs boten wir den Schulen vorgefertigte Bausätze an, aber bald wurde uns klar, dass jede Schule ihre eigenen Bedürfnisse hatte und viele ihre Bausätze individuell anpassen wollten. Dies führte zu einer schnellen Umstellung auf das Angebot dessen, was wir heute „Custom Clinical Kits“ nennen. Wir haben unsere Produktlinie so angepasst, dass Schulen Bausätze bauen können, die genau den Anforderungen ihrer Schüler entsprechen. Im Laufe der Zeit haben wir uns zu einem One-Stop-Shop für EMS-Programme entwickelt, der als Distributor für mehrere Hersteller fungiert und jetzt Großhandelspreise für eine breite Palette medizinischer Artikel für den Unterricht anbietet.
